Our company specialises in providing comprehensive solutions for large-scale electric motors, catering to the mining, manufacturing, and marine industries. As a Project Engineer, you will be at the forefront of repairing and maintaining these critical components, ensuring smooth operations for our esteemed clients.
With our expertise in servicing electric motors, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry. As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in liaising with internal and external customers to produce accurate and detailed estimates. You will also oversee and manage technical projects, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.
Collaboration is key in our work environment, and as a Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team to support their efforts in meeting financial objectives. You will serve as a reliable link between the workshop and clients, leveraging your technical expertise to provide qualified technical details and calculations as required.
Our client places a strong emphasis on safety culture and practices, and you will be expected to uphold and demonstrate these principles in your day-to-day work. You will also have the opportunity to build and maintain long-term customer relationships that have been established by our client's Customer Service Representatives.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering along with Engineering Australia accreditation. With proven experience in technical report writing and management responsibility, you will bring valuable expertise to the table. Your experience in estimation, contracts, and tenders will be highly beneficial.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, as effective communication is paramount in collaborating with clients and internal teams.
