About this role: Planning Manager
Act as a Planning / Project Control specialist to actively support the set-up and implementation of an ERP system within the company.
The Planning / Project Control specialist is a team member of the ERP development and deployment project (INTEGRA).
As the responsible to coordinate Project Control aspects, the scope includes:
- to develop a standard Works Breakdown Structure for all product lines’ project executions
- to ensure smooth Interfaces between the ERP and the former applications
As the Functional Implementation Manager, He/She is the main contact person from Project Control for the Pilot Projects chosen to be the first implemented within the ERP.
He/She trains and educates associated Project Control personnel in all execution centres and supports Pilot Project teams with the set-up of their projects within the ERP application.
Jointly with the pilot project control teams, He/She maps the current project Work Breakdown Structure with the Standard ERP’s one and ensure scope of work, planning, cost and resource mobilisation plan are properly represented into the ERP.
He/She coordinates and monitors interface activities over different disciplines and different corporate software systems.
He/She animates and coordinates the Project Control Meetings; pursues, monitors and records progress in each area of the pilot projects’ implementation within the ERP system.
He/She analyses data, processes and procedures; identifies shortcomings in current methods, proposes improvements and corrective actions (as and when required) in cooperation with Integra team and the Project Control Department Managers.

Good Communication skills with very strong ability to compile and summarize multiple data and communicate/translate results and data to interlocutors issued from different disciplines and different expertise
Ability to work proactively in a challenging environment and to meet deadlines
Driver, Problem Solver, Proactive, Rigorous and Autonomous
Master Degree with planning and project control hands-on experiences in an EPCI project management environment and/or a production factory.
Experience and demonstrated skill in supervising, performing and presenting cost control and analysis, schedule development, control and analysis, contract management, contractual and commercial awareness.
Knowledge of ERP environment and experience in implementing new systems/procedures
Ability to understand Engineering/Procurement and Construction Technical and Organizational constraints
Skilled in oral and written communication
Knowledge of the mechanics of schedules and costs control.
knowledge of Primavera (P6) and Microsoft project planning software
Good experience in MS-Excel Software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Controls
