To qualify for the role you will have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering as a minimum qualification.The Integrity Services Scope for this FPSO and Offshore facility is heavily focused on piping so you must have excellent understanding of piping codes and standards, including API and DNV as well as Australian Asset standards AS3788 and AS4343.
The position is Perth based paid at a base rate on 40 hours a week. Working above 40 hours a week earns extra compensation under an hours worked/hours paid arrangement.When a campaign calls for a Site visit to Northern or Offshore Western Australia there is a site uplift to compensate you.

Requirements

You have worked extensively on Inspection Engineering, Non Intrusive Inspection planning / engineering as well as NDT scopes.Ideally you are familiar with coating assessments and corrosion engineering. NACE Level 3 certification is preferred.
As a Lead Engineer you have at least 8 years’ experience in Asset Integrity. You report into the Project Manager for the Inspection scope of work.You are comfortable working in a team and alone, with strong project coordination abilities.
The experience you have gained is within the Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining or Infrastructure.To apply you have valid Australian working rights and are able to live in Perth.

You must be able to qualify for a BOSIET with CA-EBS and MSIC. If you do not posses current qualifications then your training will be supported.
