What are you going to do

Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur im Unternehmensverbund
Administration von Windows Servern und Windows-Clients
Betreuung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software, einschließlich Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, Backup-Lösungen und Zutrittskontrollsystemen
Verwaltung von Nutzerrechten, Benutzerkonten und Softwarelizenzen
Administration der ERP-Systeme ProAlpha und Infor sowie von SQL-Datenbanken
Beschaffung von Hard- und Software entsprechend interner Anforderungen
Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Clients, Netzwerkkomponenten und Druckern
Anwenderbetreuung sowie Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen IT-Dienstleistern

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Server- und Client-Systemen
Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Switches)
Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Technologien, Active Directory, Virtualisierung und Backup-Lösungen
Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Administration von ERP-Systemen und SQL-Datenbanken
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Verantwortungsbewusstsein, analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
