Introduction

  • Promoting HSE policies & practices, culture and objectives for all entities working onsite.
  • HSE coaching of all workforces onsite.
  • Along with Site FOPS HSE, being “visible at Site” and “walking the talk” with HSE best practice

    as a priority.

  • Intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report – use STOP work authority.
  • Attend TBT meetings and ensure jobs risks are properly identified and controlled.
  • Work closely with the rest of the project team on the assigned location.

About this role

  • Attend HSE Supervisors Briefing in the morning.
  • Attend location specific TBT in selected areas, based on activities of the day.
  • COMPANY PTW Procedure: not involved in the PTW review / signatory process but involved in

    PTW auditing.

  • Ensure adequate HSE coverage and compliance with PTW and supporting documents.
  • Liaise with FOPS & other discipline HSE supervisors on site to address HSE concerns and

    overall promote HSE best practices.

  • Submit his observations and action taken to the Site and team before evening meeting.
  • Coach CTR HSE Officers & monitor their activity.
  • Conduct HSE tours and observations across all sites.
  • Be an asset for the Site and HSE team by supporting them in “keeping an eye on areas at risk”.

Requirements

  • Large experience on similar activities at equivalent position (minimum number of verifiable 10

    years).

  • Familiar with offshore construction activities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Offshore SIMOPS experience.
  • HSE Trainings: OPITO H2S / T-BOSIET / AGT / NEBOSH or equivalent.
