About this role: Contracts Specialist
Brunel Energy is looking for an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. We are a leading provider of services and solutions to the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on contract management.
The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for managing contracts for Brunel International clients. This includes drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts; reviewing contract terms; preparing reports; providing advice on contractual matters; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Contracts Specialist will also work closely with other departments within Brunel International to ensure that all contractual requirements are met.
Requirements
- Knowledge of contract law, principles, and practices
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 software
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
