3D Coordinator

We’re hiring 3D Coordinator for one of our Leading MNC to join
their growing team. This position is based out in Bangalore.

Position: 3D Coordinator

YOE: Min 10 Years

Contract: Permanent

Location: Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret Client scope and requirements and develop layout and Stack up concept;
• Carry over relevant Feasibility Stage Responsibilities;
• Develop discipline estimates for Piping and BIM;
• 3D BIM Philosophy Doc;
• Input into Project Execution Plan;
• Identify Design Basis;
• Carry over relevant Concept Stage Responsibilities;
• Manage any changes to scope;
• Coordinate all design disciplines;
• Coordinate space allocations across all disciplines;
• Further Develop discipline estimates for Piping and BIM;
• Identify, Categorise and lock Down Scope for Design basis and Deliverables;
• Input into development of the integrated project schedule;
• Input into and development of discipline Design Philosophies;
• Update discipline estimates for Piping and BIM;
• Interface with Potential Vendors and Contractors, review software capabilities;
• Interface with Mechanical / Process / Instrumentation / BS;
• Interface with BIM, identify software;
• Manage Interface with Vendors and Contractors;
• Mange Client Model Reviews;
• Coordinate Commencement and Completion of Checking;
• Coordinate Clash Management;
• Coordinate all design disciplines;
• Coordination of Clean Room Contractor;
• Mange change by Mechanical / Process / Instrumentation / BS departments affecting the 3D Design;
• Carry over relevant Front End Stage Responsibilities;
• Manage space across all disciplines;
• Manage discipline estimates for Piping and BIM;
• Coordination of Fire Protection (Sprinklers);
• Design Rick Assessments;
• Confirm Design Deliverables;
• Interface with BIM.

• Degree in Engineering with MIN 10 years’ experience in EPC (Design Consultancy firm);
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the use of CADWorx & Revit suite of products;
• Design experience with clients from Europe and the USA is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
