About this role: Structural Analyst

Which skills will you ad for this position?

You are a Structural Analyst who is responsible for project deliverables from class approval of the structure up to technical meetings You know what to do to direct the structural engineers in modelling the structure in 3D-CAD ending up with checking drawings and production packages. You are used to be asked to contribute to R&D initiatives on behalf. You know how to contribute to the department from the client to secure knowledge and to improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of three years of working experience as a Structural Analyst in the shipbuilding and or offshore industry.
  • Familiar with ship class calculations and class tools.
  • Familiar with FEM modelling and analysis software.
