Om ons team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Risk Officer.

About this role

Als Risk Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, analyseren en beheren van de risico's waarmee ons bedrijf wordt geconfronteerd. Je zult samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om een robuust risicobeheerprogramma op te zetten en te handhaven. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het managementteam en speelt een cruciale rol bij het waarborgen van de financiële stabiliteit en operationele integriteit van het bedrijf.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Identificeren en evalueren van bedrijfsrisico's in samenwerking met relevante belanghebbenden.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van effectieve risicobeheerstrategieën en -processen.
  • Monitoren van marktontwikkelingen en regelgeving om ervoor te zorgen dat het bedrijf voldoet aan alle relevante voorschriften.
  • Opstellen van rapportages en aanbevelingen voor het management en de raad van bestuur.
  • Onderhouden van sterke werkrelaties met interne afdelingen en externe belanghebbenden.
  • Coördineren van trainingen en bewustmakingsprogramma's op het gebied van risicobeheer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, financiën of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Diepgaande kennis van risicobeheerprincipes en -methodologieën.
  • Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en besluitvaardig te handelen.
  • Certificeringen op het gebied van risicobeheer zijn een pluspunt.
