About this role

Voor de positie van servicedeskmedewerker hebben we jouw expertise en jarenlange ervaring nodig. Via de telefoon of via de chat sta je interne gebruikers bij, onder andere door hen te helpen met wachtwoord resetten en het oplossen van wifi-problemen. Je voert zowel remote als on-site diverse systeembeheer taken uit, je voorziet in advies omtrent netwerken en systemen, en je beheert de gebruikersaccounts, werkplekken en server systemen. Door het behalen van certificaten zoals ITIL, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt krijg je bij ons de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar functies zoals Functioneel Beheerder of Cloud-specialist.


  • Een afgeronde IT MBO-4 opleiding en minimaal twee jaar werk ervaring als ICT-medewerker/IT servicedeskmedewerker; OF een hbo-propedeuse in een relevante richting
  • Flexibel wat betreft reisafstand (max. 60 min)
  • Behulpzaam en klantgericht.
  • Beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal


  • Een basissalaris vanaf € 2600,- tot € 2900,- o.b.v. 40 uur
    • Indien nodig heb je recht op een projectgebonden toeslag van € 100,- tot € 500,-;
  • Een OV-business kaart;
  • 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek;
  • 8% vakantietoeslag;
