About this role

Als Junior ICT Servicedeskmedewerker in de omgeving Den Haag werk je zij aan zij met onze opdrachtgevers in diverse sectoren, zoals banken, verzekeraars en overheidsinstanties. Je bent de reddende engel voor interne gebruikers, waarbij je hen helpt met hun IT-uitdagingen. Of het nu via telefoon, chat of persoonlijke ontmoetingen aan jouw balie is, jij staat direct klaar en brengt met jouw expertise snel oplossingen aan of verwijst door naar de 2e lijn servicedesk. Tegelijkertijd bieden we jou de kans om bij ons te groeien door certificeringen zoals ITIL, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt te behalen. Maak deel uit van ons team en laat je carrière in Den Haag bloeien!

Requirements

  • Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding of hbo-propedeuse.
  • Leergierig.
  • Behulpzaam en klantgericht.

Benefits

  • Een basissalaris vanaf € 2500,- o.b.v. 40 uur. Indien nodig heb je recht op een projectgebonden toeslag van € 100,- tot € 500,-.
  • Op basis van de af te leggen afstand heb je recht op een OV-business kaart of een leaseauto. Beiden zijn ook privé te gebruiken.
  • 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en 8% vakantietoeslag.
