Are you looking for a challenging position with which you can make a difference in terms of quality? We are looking for a Black Belt Quality engineer for this high-tech company in Eindhoven!

About this role

As a Black Belt Quality Engineer you are responsible for carrying out strategic LEAN Six Sigma projects. You also support and facilitate the methodologically correct implementation of the Quality Tools Process Flow Diagram, P-FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and Problem Solving within New Product Introduction projects. Your customers are located in challenging high-tech markets such as the semiconductor industry, healthcare, analytical and science. You take the lead in fact-based solutions to complex quality issues. You use a tactical LEAN Six sigma approach. You show ownership and initiative to involve others in a structured problem approach. In this way, Q issues are resolved organization-wide and definitively.


You help build a LEAN Six Sigma structure and the transformation from product thinking to process and FLOW thinking. You coach Green Belts, Yellow Belts and managers in the implementation of improvement projects. In the face of resistance, you know how to convey your ideas and convince people.

  • You have an Bachelor education in technical business administration, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or other technical background.
  • You have extensive experience with industrial manufacturing and engineering projects in (high-tech) mechanical engineering or automotive.
  • Given the central role of this position, you are customer-oriented and have good communication skills (Dutch and English language).
  • You are familiar with methodologies such as LEAN Six Sigma, P-FMEA, control plan, SPC, MSA, etc..
  • You have a Black belt or Master Black belt certification and have demonstrable practical experience in carrying out LEAN Six Sigma projects.
  • As a person you are precise, goal-oriented and driven to take ownership.
  • You are proactive and have the decisiveness to take on challenges alone and with a team.
