Introduction

As an Innovation Project Manager, you will help drive strategic innovation initiatives across the organization. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are well-coordinated, effectively communicated, and successfully adopted. This role is ideal for a project manager or consultant who thrives in a international environment and enjoys turning strategy into execution.

What are you going to do 

  • Coordinate program governance, planning, reporting, risk management, milestones, and KPI tracking across strategic innovation initiatives.
  • Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, quarterly reports, and management updates to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and execute communication and change management activities, including newsletters, leadership updates, knowledge materials, and internal communication campaigns.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate project meetings, and support the successful rollout and adoption of initiatives across multiple business units.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in consulting (for example at Capgemini or a similar consultancy) is considered a strong advantage.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Change Management, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in Project Management, PMO, Change Management, Communications, Consulting, or Business Transformation.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, and execution tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience within innovation, R&D, healthcare technology, or transformation programs is a plus.
