What are you going to do
- Lead piping layout engineering for offshore projects, ensuring safe routing, constructability, and integration with other disciplines.
- Review project scope, specifications, and piping layout requirements.
- Lead routing philosophy, equipment arrangement, and layout optimization.
- Coordinate with designers, stress engineers and other disciplines.
- Review model clashes and support design resolution.
- Ensure layout complies with standards, safety and project objectives.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong offshore piping layout experience.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and layout tools.
