What are you going to do

Establish various platforms or mechanism for collecting various HSE data.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather relevant HSE information.
Validate the collected information, build SHES data models, develop and maintain HSE databases.
Conduct data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Provide seamless and simplified data entry, data trending and data retrieval as appropriate.
Establish effective means to develop and maintain SHES KPIs as per the SHES Plan and various other contractual requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of HSE data to identify additional key performance indicators.
Collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure timely & accurate provision of HSE data to support reporting requirements.
Analyze trends and patterns in HSE data to identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance safety and compliance measures at site.
Develop SHES dashboard.
Maintains SHES SharePoint and LAN to organize SHES data. Oversee and coordinate SHES document management.
Support Contractor focal point and provide necessary guidance in establishing their SHES Reporting Systems.
