What are you going to do 

As a Senior Planning Engineer (HULL) at Brunel International, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules related to hull construction and outfitting activities. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones. Your expertise will drive efficient resource allocation and timely delivery within complex marine environments.

Essential skills and knowledge 

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years' experience in planning engineering, specifically within hull construction or marine/offshore projects
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent - Strong understanding of shipbuilding processes, hull fabrication, and outfitting workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
