Introduction

Join an owner's team delivering borefield, water infrastructure and NPI projects for a major mining operation. This site-based role will see you coordinating contractors, supporting project execution and working closely with operations teams to safely deliver projects from planning through to commissioning and handover.

What are you going to do 

  • Deliver borefield, water infrastructure and NPI projects across site.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support project planning, scheduling and execution activities.
  • Monitor project progress against scope, budget and schedule.
  • Participate in risk assessments, project meetings and site inspections.
  • Support commissioning, handover and project close-out activities.
  • Manage technical queries, non-conformances and project documentation.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Degree qualified in Civil, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience delivering projects within mining, resources or heavy industry environments.
  • Exposure to water infrastructure, borefields, pipelines, civil, mechanical or NPI projects is highly regarded.
  • Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Practical understanding of project delivery from planning through to execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent work fronts in an operational environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with operations, maintenance and site leadership teams.
