What are you going to do 

As a Production Estimator, you'll play a key role in project delivery and cost management, ensuring construction is accurately planned and financially controlled. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed production estimates for custom residential builds
  • Collaborating with Drafting, Estimating, and Site teams to manage project costs
  • Reviewing plans, specifications, and material requirements
  • Maintaining accurate project cost records and updates
  • Using Buildertrend software to track costs, variations, and revisions
  • Supporting the business to deliver projects on time and within budget

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Over 5 years experience in residential construction estimating, preferably with a focus on production
  • Proven experience managing custom / high-end residential projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost planning
  • Buildertrend experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
