National Sales Manager - NIR

Introduction
You will report to Head of China and work as business owner for the Spectroscopy product line. You will take full accountability for national sales revenue, channel development, key account growth and project management.
What are you going to do
- Drive full end-to-end sales cycle for all key & strategic projects, including leads generation, commercial and technical interaction, deal closing, to project delivery coordination.
- Proactively track all sales opportunities on CRM system.
- Manage distributor ecosystem, including distributor development, training, performance evaluation, etc.
- Manage and optimize technical support resources, standardize demo and leverage cross-function
- Develop and execute national sales strategy across food & feed, farm, pharmaceutical, and scientific research industries, to achieve annual sales target with double-digit growth.
- Market insight, competitor benchmarking and regional opportunity analysis.
- Serve as regional key contact for global stakeholders
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, Materials Science or related technical disciplines.
- 5+ years professional sales experience in similar products.
- Proven experience with channel & distributors development and management.
- Fluent English and Chinese language skill in both writing and speaking.
