Introduction
We are hiring an experienced MPD Technician for a long-term oil & gas drilling project in Kuwait. The role involves maintenance and troubleshooting of MPD systems, smart choke manifolds, PLC controls, and hydraulic equipment.
What are you going to do
- Maintain and troubleshoot MPD control systems.
- Operate and troubleshoot smart choke manifolds.
- Calibrate pressure transducers and Coriolis flow meters.
- Troubleshoot PLC-based control panels and electronic choke operators.
- Maintain hydraulic circuits, valves, and actuators.
- Support MPD operations and equipment reliability.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Experience as an MPD Technician in drilling operations.
- Strong knowledge of MPD systems and oilfield operations.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, smart chokes, instrumentation, and hydraulics.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of MPD equipment.
- Willing to work in Kuwait on a long-term contract.
