Introduction
- The role holder is responsible for the assessment and management of training partners and external training providers.
- The role holder also clarifies the overall training demand in COMPANY and ensures compliance with established international and regional regulations.
- Furthermore, the role holder derives implements a marketing strategy and measures for internal and external stakeholders.
What are you going to do
- Responsibility for marketing activities in COMPANY and the Region Middle East
- Strategic planning of targeted marketing activities
- Alignment with internal and external partners
- Responsibility for marketing budget
- Communication and clarification of training needs with business department.
- Assessment of training partners
- Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintaining the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification
- Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in line with COMPANY health and safety regulations.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Holder of bachelor's in electrical engineering or equivalent. & Development Specialization with Marketing Certification
- The candidate should be a bilingual speaker & writer
- 5 years of experience in similar position
