Introduction

You drive logistics process improvements that directly impact operational performance in a highly advanced warehouse environment. As a Logistics Process Engineer, you analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. Working closely with both warehouse operations and management, you play a key role in translating insights into sustainable improvements.

What are you going to do 

As a Logistics Process Engineer, you are responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing improvements across warehouse operations. You combine data-driven decision-making with project execution and stakeholder management, acting as a key link between the shop floor and the wider organization. You will work in a dynamic environment where operational excellence and continuous improvement are at the core of daily activities.


What will you do?

  • Analyze logistics processes and operational performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead improvement projects within your assigned department and support larger cross-functional initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Perform root cause analyses and develop sustainable solutions for operational challenges.
  • Build business cases and propose improvement initiatives for future projects.
  • Implement process improvements, including training, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams and operations management to ensure successful execution of improvements.

Essential skills and knowledge 

You are an analytical and proactive professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges. You communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels, are comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment, and have a strong drive for continuous improvement. You are capable of translating data into actionable insights and can successfully guide changes from concept through implementation.


In addition, you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Operational Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP modules.
