Qatar Company IT Dept. provides services to approx.1500 staff located in Mesaieed plant & Doha head office.
RFP Purpose
Qatar Company is looking to establish a contract for IT Support services for the below roles for the period of five years.

What are you going to do

Manage whole structured cabling infrastructure for Company (and its associates), and to provide connectivity to end users where required
Provides network connectivity to end users with coordination with the Senior Network Administrator
Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, hubs and switches.
Experience on preparing Roll over, straight through and crossover cables,
Knowledge of Analogue/PSTN cabling, Fiber optic testing.

Each member of staff shall have a minimum of five years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment along with technical support based on ITIL best practices guidelines in the Oil & Gas sector.
Familiar working experience in ITSM platform ServiceNow.
CONTRACTOR shall provide staff with relevant experience with the skills as listed as per their job description.
