- Provide timely technical support to end-users via phone, email, or on-site to ensure smooth IT operations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install, update, and support software applications, patches, and drivers
- Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deactivation, in accordance with company policies
- Set up and configure email accounts, access permissions, and security settings
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets, resolutions, and IT asset inventory
- Document troubleshooting procedures and user guides for knowledge sharing
- Provide basic IT training and guidance to end-users on systems, applications, and cybersecurity best practices
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or end-user support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications
- Basic understanding of network connectivity, hardware troubleshooting, and system support
- Experience in user account management (e.g., Active Directory or similar systems)
- Good problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support users at all levels
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality
