Introduction

What are you going to do

Manage the long-term operation, maintenance, and performance of all building infrastructure and utility systems.
Ensure the long-term reliability and availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water supply, and building automation systems.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive development and maintenance programs.
Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facilities and infrastructure assets.
Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation and replacement plans.
Identify and propose infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
Maintain accurate records of building assets, maintenance activities, and technical documentation.
Oversee infrastructures operations and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for facilities and infrastructure

Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics
10 years' experience in business related function or discipline, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 years
Experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractors / service/vendor personnel.
Building infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities).
Facility maintenance and asset management practices.
Health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Building Management Systems (BMS).
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Space planning and workplace management.
Project and contract management principles.
