What are you going to do
- Consolidation Of Financials - IFRS Compliance and Investment accounting.
- Monthly, Quarterly & Review of Subsidiary Financials
- Heading the Finance team in Managing overall finance function of the company and its Local subsidiaries and Supervision of Daily Finance Functions (GL,AP,AR, FA, Budgeting & Reporting)
- GL and Chart Of Accounts maintenance for whole group
- Participate together with External Auditors on Interim & Annual Audit and other audit functions with team.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor of commerce (Major in Finance)
- Professional certification
- CPA/CMA/ACCA
- IFRS certification & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in finance with handling of complex group accounting and listed companies.
- Experience in GCC Food, Agriculture and FMCG industries.
- Oracle financials
- MS Office
- Consolidation module
- Any one of the worldwide recognized Accounting & Finance certification (CPA/CMA/ACCA)
- Certification in IFRS
- Financial Analysis
- Valuations & Fair Value
- Ratio Analyss
- Good communication skills
- Team Work
- Work under pressure
