An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator ready to step into an Estimating Manager role, or an established Estimating Manager looking for their next challenge.

- Lead, coach, and develop the estimating team.
- Oversee residential insurance estimates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage team workloads and allocate resources effectively.
- Review complex estimates, variations, and costings.
- Work closely with supervisors, project managers, insurers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and insurer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve estimating processes and systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Proven experience in residential insurance estimating.
- Ideal for a Senior Estimator ready to take the next step into an Estimating Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, repair scopes, and insurance claims.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- A solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- The ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team while leading by example.
- A passion for delivering quality outcomes and adding value to both the business and its clients
- Must be Brisbane-based, preferably located on the northside of Brisbane
