What are you going to do 

As Electronics Project Manager you will work in a project team that develops high-tech production printing systems. Focus is on the electronics architecture, development, and integration of advanced electronic systems that form the foundation of future printer platforms.


You operate across system, team, and project levels, ensuring the realization of high-performance electronics while closely collaborating with Mechanical, Software, and Physics disciplines. The project team consists of people working in multiple multidisciplinary R&D teams. You are a key member of the Electronics organization, driving innovation, shaping technical direction, and accelerating the adoption of new technologies such as AI, machine learning, and digital twins.


What you'll do:

  • Define and drive the Electronics vision and roadmap for future printer platforms
  • Lead the realization of product and project objectives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Make architecture and design decisions at system level to create robust and scalable electronics solutions
  • Steer and balance key design aspects, including performance, cost, energy efficiency, EMC, and safety
  • Lead multidisciplinary alignment across Electronics, Mechanical, Software, and Physics domains
  • Drive continuous improvement of development processes, engineering practices, and technical solutions
  • Foster innovation by accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and digital twins
  • Safeguard the successful integration of electronics into high-end printing systems while supporting knowledge sharing across R&D and other business sectors

Essential skills and knowledge 

We're looking for a team player who recognizes themselves in the following requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline
  • Strong system-level thinking and the ability to make architecture and design decisions
  • Experience in embedded systems and electronics design, preferably in complex high-tech environments
  • A decisive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance technical trade-offs such as performance, cost, energy, EMC, and safety
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
