What are you going to do
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop/approve electrical design and calculations (power distribution, earthing, cable sizing).
- Specify/select electrical equipment and prepare procurement support.
- Support FAT/SAT, installation supervision and commissioning.
- Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation and naval teams.
- Ensure hazardous-area classification, cable routing and marine power integration.
- Prepare O&M documentation and provide operations support.
Essential skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years offshore/oil & gas experience (FPSO preferred).
- Proficient with ETAP/SK M/AutoCAD; knowledge of IEC/NEC/IEEE and marine electrical systems.
- HSE training (BOSIET/FOET) desirable.
