Introduction
What are you going to do
- Lead crews delivering drainage works across subdivision projects
- Supervise stormwater drainage, pipe installation and associated civil works
- Manage subcontractors, labour and plant
- Work closely with Project and Construction Managers
- Ensure works are delivered safely, to program and quality standards
Essential skills and knowledge
- Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction
- Strong background in subdivision and drainage projects
- Proven experience supervising drainage crews
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans, drawings and surveys
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site activities
- Hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety and quality
