What are you going to do
As a Drafter, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed construction documentation usingRevit
- Producing accurate drawings for luxury residential and multi-residential developments.
- Coordinating documentation with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Managing drawing revisions, design changes, and construction updates.
- Ensuring documentation complies with Australian Building Codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Supporting projects from concept design through to construction delivery.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in residential drafting (please do not apply if you don't have any experience)
- Strong Australian/local residential project experience.
- Advanced Revit experience
- Experience working on high-end residential and/or multi-residential projects.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for delivering quality design outcomes and progressing your career.
