What are you going to do
We are looking for a Construction Structural Supervisor to coordinate and supervise structural construction and commissioning activities at site. The role involves ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules while maintaining HSSE and quality standards. Responsibilities include workforce supervision, material and equipment coordination, stakeholder management, resolving site issues, implementing construction changes, and preparing progress reports. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, along with CSWIP 3.1, IWI (IIW-S-IIS), AWS QC1 or CWI certification.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of relevant structural construction/supervision experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, offshore, FPSO, fabrication or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural construction, site supervision, drawings, HSSE, quality and commissioning activities. Good communication, coordination, problem-solving and reporting skills are required.
Education

At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
CSWIP 3.1 or IWI (IIW-S-IIS) or AWS QC1 or CWI.
