Our client, a leader in delivering exceptional projects, is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Commissioning Engineer (Completion) to join their esteemed team. Key Responsibilities:
- The Commissioning Engineer (Completion) is responsible for managing system completion activities, ensuring all construction and commissioning deliverables are verified, documented, handed over in a structured and traceable manner. The role focuses on completion management systems, punch listing and system turnover to operations in compliance with ADNOC standards and project requirements.
- Plan and execute system completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
- Manage Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers and ensure readiness for handovers.
- Coordinate system/subsystem handover between construction, commissioning and operations teams.
- Prepare and track punch lists (A/B/C categories) and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain and update completion management systems (e.g. ICAPS, WINPCS or equivalent).
- Review and verify test packs, check sheets and commissioning documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client standards (e.g. ADNOC), project specifications and QA/QC requirements.
- Liaise with construction, QA/QC, engineering and client representatives for system readiness.
- Monitor and report commissioning progress, KPIs and system status.
- Support start-up and handover to operations.
