Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Camp Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical infrastructure upgrade works across the Pilbara. Based initially in Paraburdoo, transitioning to Dampier, you will supervise HV/LV electrical works, civil activities, contractor coordination, testing and commissioning, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to project standards.

What are you going to do 

  • Supervise maintenance and construction activities across camp and township electrical infrastructure.
  • Lead teams undertaking HV and LV electrical installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning.
  • Coordinate civil works, including trenching, underground services, concreting and crane operations.
  • Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), commissioning documentation and quality records.
  • Ensure all electrical installations comply with Australian Standards, project specifications and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance and defect rectification activities.
  • Monitor contractor performance, productivity and workmanship.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Liaise with engineering, commissioning and project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and mentor site personnel.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Essential Requirements

  • Electrical Trade Qualification (A-Grade Electrician or equivalent).
  • Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising HV and LV electrical maintenance and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of HV/LV switchgear, testing and commissioning.
  • Strong leadership and contractor management skills.
  • Previous experience working in mining, industrial or large infrastructure projects.
  • Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications.
  • High Risk Work Licence.
  • First Aid Certificate.
