We're looking for an Account Coordinator to support our mining clients and contractors across PNG. If you enjoy working with people and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you. Ideal for someone with recruitment experience (Resourcer, Candidate Manager, Delivery Consultant) or a strong background in coordination, customer service, or workforce administration who's ready to build a long-term career in contractor care and operations.
About the Role
As an Account Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the contractor journey from onboarding through to assignment completion.
You'll become the primary point of contact for contractors, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their assignment while coordinating mobilisation, documentation and ongoing communication.
