Job Description:Lead procurement activities for offshore and onshore oil & gas and petrochemical EPCC/EPC/EPCI projects. Ensure timely and compliant delivery of critical packages, coordinate with engineering, quality, logistics, and inspection teams, and align with international standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of specialised packages for offshore fixed platforms and petrochemical projects (e.g., topside modules, subsea equipment, jackets, mooring systems, E&I systems, HVAC, fire & safety, structural steel, piping, coating, insulation).
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, logistics, and safety teams for technical compliance and on-time delivery.
- Liaise with vendors and third-party inspection agencies for quality assurance and expediting.
- Ensure adherence to international standards (API, ISO, DNV, ABS, etc.).
- Utilise ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, PDMS, CCMS, Excel) for procurement tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation (RFQs, bid evaluations, PO issuance, delivery schedules, expediting reports).
- Support project execution teams in resolving procurement-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in procurement/project management within oil & gas, with offshore project exposure.
- Experience in procurement and contract management, vendor/supplier management, expediting, and delivery assurance.
- Strong command of ERP tools (SAP, Maximo, PDMS, CCMS, Excel).
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
