For various clients in the industry sector, we are searching several Procurement Managers (f/m/d) in the regions Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

What are you going to do 

  • As a procurement specialist, you ensure the smooth flow and processing of order planning for raw materials and merchandise.
  • This includes checking and recording order confirmations.
  • You clarify delivery dates and postponements with suppliers, or file complaints in the event of delivery delays and deal with complaints management.
  • Part of your job is to monitor and optimise stock levels and stock turnover, as well as the master data maintenance in the ERP system.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Completed commercial or technical education or training
  • First professional experience in purchasing or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Planning and organizational skills as well as teamwork and communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English or German is necessary
