Als Scrum Master/Agile Coach sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von agilen Methoden und Techniken. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Führung des Teams, die Umsetzung von Projekten und die Implementierung von Prozessen. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Management zusammen, um den Fortschritt des Teams zu überwachen und zu unterstützen.

What you need to bring

  • Erfahrung als Scrum Master/Agile Coach
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung agiler Methoden und Techniken
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projekten und Prozessen
  • Fähigkeit, ein Team effektiv zu leiten
  • Fähigkeit, mit dem Management zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
