- Bewertung des Designs von elektronischer Baugruppen nach der Fertigbarkeit, der Herstellkosten und der erreichbaren Qualität
- Unterstützung im Design-to-Cost-Prozesses durch entwicklungsbegleitende Prognose von Herstellkosten, Aufzeigen von Kostentreibern und Verbesserungspotentialen zur kostengünstigen Produktion (inkl. Test) von elektronischen Baugruppen
- Analyse von Risiken in Design- und Herstellprozessen sowie frühzeitiges Ableiten präventiver Maßnahmen
- Sicherstellen der Anwendung vorhandener Design-, Fertigungs- und Ablaufstandards im Rahmen der Entwicklung neuer Designs sowie bedarfsweise Weiterentwicklung und Bereitstellung neuer DfM-Regeln
- Formale Abnahme/Freigabe von Designs in Bezug auf Einhalten von Standards, Erreichbarkeit von Qualität/Ausbeute, Zieldurchlaufzeit und Zielherstellungskosten
What you need to bring
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Fertigungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Informationstechnologie, Informationstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Technische BWL, Luft und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
- Erste Kenntnisse in typischen Prozesse und abläufen für die Produktion von Elektronikbaugruppen (Leiterplattenbestückung, SMD, THTLöttechnik, Wirebonden, Klebeprozesse, Montageprozesse) erforderlich
- Grundkenntnisse in der Arbeitsvorbereitung wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse notwendig
