- Erarbeitung von konstruktiven Vorschlägen zur Optimierung von Einzelprozessen
- Durchführung von detaillierten Analysen bei Qualitätsproblemen, Montagefehlern, Ablaufstörungen an Einzelstationen
- Unterstützung der Entwicklungsabteilung bei der Erstellung von Verbauproben sowie bei der Durchführung und Auswertung von Betriebsversuchen
- Unterstützung der Produktionsplanung bei Inbetriebnahme und beim Anlauf von neuen Produktionsanlagen
- Auswertung von Qualitätsdaten und Erstellung von Statistiken
- Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen
- Bearbeitung von Fehlerabstellprozessen
- Bearbeitung und Kontrolle der Auditkonformität der Produktion
- Teilnahme am Shopfloor-Management
What you need to bring
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker im Bereich Mechatronik oder vergleichbar mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktion und Instandhaltung vorzugsweise im AutomotiveUmfeld
- Anwendungsbereite Kenntnisse der MSOfficeProgramme und SAP/R3
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches und zielorientiertes Handeln
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke
- Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, hohe Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
