Als Teil des Niederlassungsteams in Ulm bilden Sie als Personaldisponent /Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (w/m/d) die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren renommierten Kund:innen und unseren Projektspezialist:innen.
What are you going to do
- Durch Ihr Gespür für neue Talente identifizieren Sie die passenden Kandat:innen innerhalb unseres Portals für unsere Kundenvakanzen.
- Hierbei übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für das passende Matching von Mitarbeitenden auf unsere Kund:innenportale.
- Ihr engagiertes und organisiertes Management auf den Kund:innenportalen und die gewissenhafte Auswertung der dazugehörigen Kennzahlen, zählen zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben.
- Sie verantworten außerdem den Aufbau und die Pflege einer intensiven Kund:innenbeziehung.
- Abgerundet wird Ihr Aufgabenbereich durch Ihre proaktive Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann -oder frau, Personaldisponent:in oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Personaldirektvermittlung und Büroorganisation
- Digitale Kompetenz mit beispielsweise MS-Teams oder anderen Office-Anwendungen
- Professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationssicherheit und eine gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
