- Priorisierung, Klassifikation und Dokumentation von Störungen im Ticketsystem
- Support bei Störungen im Bereich Soft- oder Hardware
- Übernahme der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung von Soft-und Hardwareproblemen vor Ort
- Duchführung von Clientinstallationen und User-VerwaltungenJunior IT-Support Specialist
What you need to bring
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder ähnliche Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen im ITSupport und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
- Knowhow rund um Netzwerke, Datenbanken, Server und Betriebssystemen wünschenswert
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
