What are you going to do

1st/2nd level support für die deutschen User
Administration von lokalen IT- und Remote-Systemen
Einrichtung von Systemen und Mobilgeräten
Betreuung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur und der Datensicherung (Storage)
Behebung von Störungen und Fehlern incl. der Durchführung von Problemanalysen
Benutzerkontenverwaltung sowie Verantwortung für die korrekte Bearbeitung der Tickets im französischen System
Ausführung von Bestellungen, Wareneingang, Hardwareversand und Garantieabwicklung sowie Bevorratung von Hardware
Projektbezogene IT-Aufgaben für alle Bereiche im Unternehmen

Essential skills and knowledge

- Sie sollten eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration / als Netzwerkadministrator (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld haben und über mindestens 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung verfügen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereiche Netzwerke, Windows-Client und -Server sowie VMware, SAP (Business One), MS Office O365
- Fließendes Englisch ist ein Muss, Französisch wäre ein Plus
