- Administrieren und Betreuen von IT-Systemen im Office Umfeld
- Installieren und Konfigurieren von Betriebssystemen und Sondersoftware
- Betreuen und Supporten von Druckern und Scannern sowie mobilen Endgeräten
- Annehmen von eingehenden Störungen und Kundenanfragen
- Bearbeiten von Service-/Supportanfragen
- Beheben von Störungen im 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
- Dokumentieren von Störungslösungen
- Erstellen und Pflegen systemspezifischer Betriebshandbücher
- Pflegen und Verwalten von Asset-Daten
What you need to bring
- Gewünschter Abschluss: Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrungen mit Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 sowie mit Office 2013/2016/365 erforderlich
- Zertifizierungen im Microsoft Umfeld und in ITIL wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Powershell, Batch und Active Directory
- Dienstleistungs und Serviceorientiert sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
- Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
