- Als Verfahrenstechniker sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen.
- Sie analysieren bestehende Prozesse und identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale.
- Sie führen Versuche durch, um neue Prozesse zu entwickeln oder bestehende zu optimieren.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um die Produktion zu koordinieren und reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen.
- Mit Ihrer Expertise tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Produkte bei und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg.
What you need to bring
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung und Anlagenplanung mit Fokus auf Ressourcen und Energieeffizienz
- Erfahrung in der Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von anspruchsvollen Anlagenprojekten inkl. CADSoftware (z.B. AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Auslegung und Optimierung von Prozessanlagen mit Hilfe von Simulationssoftware (z.B. Aspen, ChemCAD, HYSYS)
- Vertrautheit mit gängigen Regelungs und Steuerungstechnologien (z.B. SPS, PLS, DCS) und Programmierkenntnisse in zugehörigen Sprachen (z.B. Structured Text, Function Block Diagram)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement inkl. Einsatz von entsprechenden Tools (z.B. MS Project)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für internationale Projekte
