About this role

* Beratung der lokalen Führungskräfte bei Fragen zum Umwelt-, Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz* Leitung der Untersuchung von Unfällen/ Beinaheunfällen und Ausarbeitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
* Verantwortliche Person für die Planung und Umsetzung von Prozesssicherheit, Gesundheits-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutz* Erstellung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen
* Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Betriebsanweisungen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen* Organisation und Durchführung von regelmäßigen internen/ externen Audits sowie Zertifizierungen
* Überprüfung und Entwicklung von Managementsystemen ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 sowie Förderung der kontinuierlichen HSE-Verbesserungen* Monitoring von HSE relevanten Kennzahlen und Erstellung von HSE-Performance Reports
* Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Planung von neuen technischen Anlagen, Projekten oder Anlagenänderungen
