What are you going to do

Sie sind vor allem für die Unterstützung auf allen Gebieten des operativen Personalmanagements inkl. der Erstellung von personalwirtschaftlichen Dokumenten verantwortlich.

Die Stammdatenpflege in SAP HR sowie die Betreuung des Recruitingprozesses im Fokus auf das Bewerbermanagement gehören auch zu ihren täglichen Aufgaben.

Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben wie z.B. die Terminkoordination und Kommunikation.

Die Erstellung von Auswertungen und Präsentationen sowie die Pflege der Personalakte runden ihren Aufgabenbereich ab.
