What are you going to do

- Planung, Installation und Anpassung der elektrischen Gebäude- und Betriebstechnik, Erstellen und Pflegen der entsprechenden technischenDokumentationen
- Unterstützung von Energiekontrollen sowie Begleitung von TÜV Prüfungen- Gewerkeübergreifende Koordination von Umbau- und Renovierungsmaßnahmen
- Vorschläge für Investitionsplanung/Kostenschätzungen- Beschaffen von Ersatz- und Ausrüstungsteilen
- Mitarbeit bei sonstigen handwerklichen Tätigkeiten und Gartenarbeiten, die auf einem großen Gelände anfallen

Essential skills and knowledge

- Handwerksmeisterausbildung oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildungzum Elektroinstallateur / Elektroniker oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit technischen Anlagen, z.B. Heizung- Lüftung- und Klimaanlagen, Regelungstechnik, Blitzschutz- undBrandschutzsysteme, Aufzüge etc.
- Erfahrung in der Planung elektrischer Anlagen- Führerschein Klasse B, gerne auch Gabelstaplerschein
- Organisationstalent, freundliches und sicheres Auftreten- Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und flexible Arbeitsweise
