What are you going to do 

* Brisbane-based, in-office role* Flexible part-time arrangement (approx. 30 hours per week across 4-5 days)
* Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + super, depending on experience

Working closely with the submissions, marketing, and business development teams, you will help bring bids and projects to life through engaging and professional design.

  • Design and format tender submissions and bid documents
  • Produce visually engaging graphics, site plans, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Support the submissions team with document layouts and branding
  • Assist the marketing and business development teams with graphic design requirements
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with company branding and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create polished and professional project materials

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Previous experience in graphic design, ideally within construction, property, architecture, engineering, or professional services
  • Australian experience required
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Ability to create clean, visually appealing documents and presentations
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
  • Experience producing tender submissions or capability statements is highly regarded
