What are you going to do
- Als Fachinformatiker sind Sie für den 1st und 2nd Level Support verantwortlich.
- Sie unterstützen zudem bei der Weiterentwicklung der von Ihnen betreuten IT Umgebungen.
- Des Weiteren sind Sie verantwortlich für die Fehleranalyse und die Störungsbeseitigung.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Kollegen bei der Durchführung von IT-Projekten.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Usersupport im Bereich von Microsoft Produkten.
- Zudem haben Sie gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Betriebssystemen (Windows 7/10) und Microsoft Windows Server.
- Außerdem haben Sie Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von Peripheriegeräten wie Druckern, Computern, Routern usw..
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Flexibilität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
